I liked this fic, especially Luna's list of things she wants to do. Any chance we'll see their trip to the zoo?

Thanks a lot. I don't plan on writing it, but never say never. It won't be any time soon, if I ever do. I've got two exchanges to write fics for and a new fandom I'd like to expand to.

A Japanese RPG called Persona 3. It's a really awesome game, and there's not much fic for my preferred pairing.

That's interesting. I've been thinking about buying Persona 4, but I've never played any of the other Persona games and have only learned about them recently. The only RPGs I've played are the Final Fantasy and Tales of... games. Is Persona along those lines? I know its more horror based than those games are, but that's about it.

The best way I can describe Persona 3 is "Wake up, go to school, save the world." For me, the story and Social Link aspects were the major draw, rather than the combat, which is sometimes frustratingly difficult. There's a lot of occult imagery, some of it very creepy. Can't speak to 4, as I haven't been able to find a copy.

If you're playing on a PS2 I think I've seen copies of Persona 4 at Best Buy. The Social Link aspect of things sounds cool.

The local Best Buy was sold out last time I checked, but I will look again. The S. Link system IS very cool. My biggest problem is the fandom culture shock (very different fandom feel from HP) and the fact that I seem to have fallen in love with rarepairs and characters not widely beloved by the fandom. So, I'm planning to contribute as best I can once my exchange fics are finished. I'm by no means leaving HP, and there will eventually (I hope) be a sequel to Evidence. I'm just branching out.

completely understandable about branching out. I think staying in one genre or fandom can be both good and bad sometimes.
