Vignettes 4&5 2011
Spring is coming and I am looking forward to the color and better weather. I decided to get out a few things for my home as it was time for some spring sensation in my home. Good-bye winter! I really like the addition of new color and decor come every spring season. Enjoy.

Straight Guy with the Slightly Queer Eye
I like it on top! This is an arrangement for my table. I used an old quilt to cover the table as well as a Tag brand red throw that is acting as a runner. The yellow tool box was a gift from my sister and I purchased the floral pieces from Taylors in Indianola. Color votives are a nice finishing touch and contrast with the yellow box. Votives courtesy of Crate and Barrel. Ahhh, the fresh look of spring in the air.

A little spring and Easter in the corner of my kitchen corner. I am not a big easter dude, but these pieces were fun enough to include. Add some red tulips for a softer touch, a couple of old baby blue terra cotta pots, and a couple of candles, and we are good to go.
