I just saw this movie called "Elephant" by Gus Van Sant. I don't even know how to describe it. It was beautiful, disturbing, intense, real and ambivalent. Its about high school shootings where two guys come in and terrorize the student body. its pretty chilling and intense. i can't stop thinking about it. van sant's aesthetics are just so beautiful. i loved the long corridors and the introverted teens that are all beautiful, fragile and broken. please go see it.
