Try this out

Take a cookie sheet---cover with a very generous layer of shaving cream --not gel. Spead it evenly with a spatula or knife. Drop food coloring into the shaving cream. May use thinned paint of any kind or watercolor. Draw a knife or toothpick through the paint and shaving cream to make a marbling design. Lay a sheet of paper down on the cream---make sure the paper makes contact with the shaving cream and paint. Pull off--lay on the table with the dry side of the paper down. Squeegy the whole cream layer off. You are left with a wonderful marbled painting. My 7th and 8th graders are LOVING it.

Or this would be great as a monoprint technique.

Maybe an idea for paper to be used for craft projects.

Maybe something for someone to do when they are snowed in.

Maybe a project to do on fabric.
