New Windows
I have two new windows on the south side of our living room. It is SO cool---we see THROUGH the glass and don't feel any air. So I am assuming that the sand will not blow in anymore. I am not going to put curtains over the windows. Hope people don't drive by slow enough to catch a peep show. I am sure that it wouldn't be worth slowing down. Anyway I am so happy. We have lived in this house for 20 years and this is the first improvement made. The house is really needing attention. I plan to ask our landlord family if I can keep the top sections of the old windows--made of 8 planes of glass--will make an awesome frame for photos and artwork.
