[Not binding on any canon character mentioned herein, with the exception of Sam, who is likely_evil (because, as it was told to me, if Dean is an angst whore, Sam is his emo puppy). Not even binding on a particular verse. In fact, this is future fic. I blame this on Antigone. And Dean being a damn ANGST WHORE. Warning: CHARACTER DEATH]

The entire time I'm writing this, I'm like -- OMG WHY? To which he responds, IDK SHUT UP JUST DO IT.

Although this is a first. Sam's made me kill Dean before (multiple times, especially with the whole deal thing) but Dean has never had me kill Sam. This was hard.

Ouch. I am not sure I could... I don't know. I am perfectly aware that my Dean's just incapable of killing Sam currently. But also, he doesn't believe that they can be on the different sides of the line either. *snugs* Well done though, with the writing.

Thank you. And I think the only reason my Dean is open to it (he doesn't like it, but he's open to it) is because he has a verse where Sam is evil already. So -- he's kind of got that going for him already?

He did make a point to say that I wasn't allowed to make Sam an evil bastard. Things just -- happened.

Ouch. Mine is occasionally okay with that too, although they somehow manage to twist it to either banter or downright black humor at each other... if left to it long enough. Or throwing pillows at each other, on one occasion. (Okay, Sam threw a pillow at Dean. It was good enough as a sign that SOME comforting had been achieved... ;) )

<3 aaaah. I get the feeling that if our Sam goes ebil, my Dean will just follow along. Broken up and possibly completely under Sam's command. Very bitter and... ugh. *does. not. WANT* broken in half.

Prior to the angels? Mine probably would have gone with you on that. But after the conversation with Castiel at the end of the last episode -- I don't know if Dean would. He wouldn't actively hunt his brother, and he certainly doesn't WANT that to be what happens, but -- I don't know if he would take Sam's side.

He wouldn't kill him, but he wouldn't help him either. Though he does know he's nothing without him. He's rather complicated, my Dean. Because he knows Sam, and he knows he's not a monster but he can't handle that.

I... can see that; however, my Dean ... something. While the conversation with Castiel at the end of last ep possibly would make Dean more cooperative with him in the future, he sees Castiel as manipulative still. And isn't sure that he trusts that whole thing completely. Not that he thinks Castiel lied, but he knows Castiel's words may not mean what he thinks they mean. While with Sam, even with the recent lying, he knows ... he knows him deep inside. Or something like that.

Of course, it really really depends on how Sam goes over, too. He can do it on his own without dragging his brother down, possibly. But I know that whatever's happening with Sam, if he called on Dean the right way, my Dean would follow. Well, something that used to be Dean, at least...
