I'm not positive, but I sort of think that no - no one ever gets seconds. Because really like ten seconds after it's over and the girl has had the loudest longest messiest screaming orgasm of her life, he is out of bed, totally calm, collecting his clothes and leaving. I actually think that the first few women were kind of horrified and felt a little dumb - like they did somehting wrong. Until word got around. And he's so nice during the lead up, and always basically polite after that - and he never gossips...I imagine, around the 10th time, the ladies of Atlantis just decided to go with the flow.

But the women on Atlantis don't already have husbands, so Ronon can't quite understand why no one wants him to stay, but he gets the freakin' message when no one will even ask him back.
