(no subject)
Just had lunch at South Street Smokehouse with Heidi and Liz. It's somewhat weird to see how well they get along and how much they like each other, seeing how they're two of my best friends but haven't hung out much together before. I thought it was going to be one of those cases where I'd have to keep the converation going for an hour, but instead it was pretty much the opposite. I mostly just sat there while the two of them talked. And now as soon as Heidi moves, they'll be living about three blocks from each other.
Speaking of Heidi moving, I've spent the last two nights at the house she's moving into, hanging out with her while she cleans. Last night we drank a shit-ton of tequila and ended up cranking New Order, Morrissey, and Bauhaus and danced around like idiots in the bathroom. She wants me to move in with her and as always, I'm doubtful. I've known Heidi for about 12 years and she's my best friend and at the same time, I repeatedly find myself wanting to... but I don't want to ruin anything. So anyway, it'll probably be more cleaning and drinking tonight. And I've made a mix CD for the occasion, with a bunch of goodness like Beulah, Test Icicles, Alien Sex Fiend, and Junior Senior.
