Gridlock..
Officially the city is in deep freeze literally. 32F, but more like 27F with wind chill. Every single road around the greater metro area has at least 2-3 inches of ice. & hard snow around it. Last night was pretty weird, as every 5th car seemed to be spun out. This must have the first time I've ever been glad to drive an SUV. Weirdly, this made me think what things would be like if we had a apocalyptic nuclear winter or another ice age (not implausible considering how old the earth is). I have a feeling it would be a rather lonely, nomadic experience.
