Tomorrow, or technically later today, I plan on giving notice to my employer Jeffrey Hynes & Associates. I believe it has become clear that employment law is not my number one interest to pursue after graduation. More logistically, Jamie requires our car now that she will soon be working at the Kenosha Old Navy instead of the Grand Avenue Old Navy 5 blocks away.
There is nothing wrong with paying a price for a good or service that is based solely upon what the market bears. Overall, it is a good thing. However, when an employer tells clients, employees, and the world... daily... about how inconsiderate and unjust businesses screw over people it puts the rhetoric in perspective. The reality is that I can do better elsewhere and I should not hesitate to do what's best for my family and me. September was a blur and hopefully October will be better. A lot more is riding on October.
