My one favorite story right now: The Avengers/Torchwood crossover. Phil is the Doctor's son, Ianto and Rhiannon are his grandchildren. Steve is their father (they're twins) and Fury their godfather. Phil is in charge of SHIELD though Nick is the 'head' and Ianto is getting together with Jack and Clint who met first. It's still WIP but so good and so worth the wait. Yes, it's on FF.net but go read!
