My tattoo is fixed.
It's August, and I'm starting to think that I update once a month. Whatever, I've had a very filling and exciting summer and it's all gonna go out with a bang.
I'm at Jared's house, once again, what else is new. Yesterday we had a very nice evening. My summer has mostly been a compilation of going to Orange, drinking with my family, running with my Mom, and dancing with Tim, Tom, and Jay. My two favorite memories of this summer thus far are:
1. Going running with my Mom and then sprinting in 91 degree heat toward mis hermanos who were playing tennis. I joined in with them and we played an awesome game. Afterward, my brothers and I played football and Rory and I won. Then My sister and Shaun and Kylie came over and my brothers, mother, and the former all went to Middlefield to see our old house and Glendale falls. The car trip over was about an hour long and Rory and I kept the car laughing hysterically, because yes, we are just that funny. Then when we got to Middlefield, we saw my mansion; which is deteriorating. We also went to the falls which is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. Zack, Rory, and I hiked the whole falls, which included rock climbing, and then we sat under the falls and screamed! it was great. It was and to this moment still has been one of my favorite memories ever.
2. My birthday-- Jared came up and my whole family and he went to my Uncle Eddie's house. My cousins Molly and Jake were there and we all got drunk and smoked a lot of cigarettes and played basketball and laughed heartily in the typical drunken Irish fashion. We came home around 9 and then Jared brought me to Strawberry hill (My most favorite spot in the world!) and the one tree was surrounded by candles while candles dangled from the branches of the tree; lighting up the whole scene while fireflies by the thousands danced all around and shooting stars lit up the night sky (no lie). We lied down on the blanket on the ground and watched falling stars while hundreds of flicks of light surrounded us. It was the most magical moment of my life, second only to my first kiss with Jared. It was the only gift I received on my birthday, and it was the best gift I've ever received.
So I quit smoking. I have a few cloves now and then, but on average I have about 3 cigarettes a week. Zack and I have to prepare for college pretty soon (i.e. we have to think of how we want our room set up). Tuesday is my last day of work. I need clothes.
Okay I'm going to go do something productive with my life (fingers crossed). Bye everyone.
