I decided to finally start working out starting today. I'm more out of shape than I thought. I figured I'd start on the beginner end of "intermediate". Today was some cardio (biking) then upper body work. Holy crap! My arms seemed almost useless.
I feel good, though. Got my heart rate up for a bit and did pretty good with the weights (didn't hurt myself, anyway). Tomorrow is cardio and core/abs. That should be even more interesting, as I know that part of me is NOT in shape.
