Hello friends! Rashad is for Obama if I have not mentioned as of yet. For my peeps in MA & CT we are voting a week from today. Tommrow the campaing is having a Stand out and phone banking at American International College (AIC) in Springfield. AIC is located on State Street. Gov. Patrick will also be at this event! I will be there only for the hold out from 4-6. I have attached the e-mail I got from the regional campaing office. (note the email says the hold out starts at 5pm but at the office it starts at 4, so feel free to come at any time). Your help is needed for a Barack Obama event with Governor Patrick this Wednesday, January 30th, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m at American International College!
We will be holding a Standout on the corner of State St. and Homer St. from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and a Phone Bank with 20 to 25 phones at the AIC Karen Sprague Cultural Arts Center, West Wing from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The Governor will join us from about 5:00 to 6:00 p .m. He will greet folks at the Standout and the Phonebanks.
This is a wonderful opportunity for us to promote our candidate, meet the Governor, get some good press, and energize ourselves for our GOTV effort for the Tuesday, February 5th primary!
We hope as many of you as possible will come!!!
Parking is available at the Homer St. School parking lot, and the AIC parking lot at the corner of Maynard and State St.
