I had no idea a song like that existed, but it does. I saw it on a TV show tonight.
Basically the entirety of what I've learned in the past month can be summed up as "the value of communication." But I don't think I need to wax on that anymore.
Teaching started slowly, but it's soon to pick up, and quick. I cut for the first time this semester today; I went to bed with a scratchy throat and woke up feeling like a wire brush was tangled in my epiglottis. Fortunately (and rather unfortunately, as well), I only missed my ensemble.
Money has been better, but I still have been buying records regularly. The spending is probably catalyzed by the sweetest parasitic investment that sits opposite my bed. I can't say I haven't been hearing those records loud and clear.
Still, it's always healthy to show restraint at the paypal window. I know I just got a Phase 200, but there's a cherried-out 400 with a busted channel at $35 or something equally ridiculous and it closes in a day. I'd even have to get it repaired but then I could sell the 200 and maybe those Japanese things under my bed, too.
That will defintely help pay for the DAC and the transport.
And then I can start buying all those MFSL CDs I've been looking at...
