Sold...well almost

We have a possible contract on our house!! A guy in our neighborhood who has a 1 bedroom wants to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. His house closes on the 20th of this month, and then our house goes contigent with the tentative closing date of Nov. 26th YAY! Now we just have to find a place to live!! This is going to be fun and make for a busy holiday
