We will be putting our house on the market in about 3-5 days. I have to get a mirror installed in the bathroom (either Today or Tuesday) and then...HOPEFULLY sell it in this lovely market. ***Cross fingers*** I would really love to have a house with more space and a yard for Aubrey & Rip...I am sure Rip would like a yard too. We are listing it pretty low in hopes that it will encourage buyers to look and make an offer...eventhough we made improvements we are not all about making big ^$$ on this house...it was liveable for a while and now we are ready to move on.
