(no subject)
I haven't updated in a while because things have been crazy with the holidays, and vegas, and work was so busy when I got back. But now things have settled down a bit. Vegas was fun...I didn't strike it rich, but I really did not spend much either...I would win, then lose, and then lose again :) But we had a good time...I don't think that I will go back there anytime soon but at least I can say that I have been there...Maybe if I would insanely rich I wouldn't mind going there often, but everything is more expensive there...even mcDonald's
Besides that not much else is new. My sister's divorce is final and she gets to go get the boat that her ex took on Saturday (actually my dad is going with one of her friends--that is friends with the ex too)The guy that she was dating, is no more...he had decided to go back to his ex-wife and kids...she is better off, he is a lot of what she wanted, but a lot of what she didn't want in a man. She needs sometime to just be with herself and realize who she is without a man next to her. On a lighter note, two of our friends finally got engaged over X-mas...they have been together 6 years and it was a long time coming. They are getting married in August of this year and Grant is in the wedding. It should be a good time and hopefully we will get to see some people from college that we have not seen in a while.
Well i should get back to work...just wanted everyone to know that I am alive.
