Roland Scott: Currently, we are experiencing some issues on our server; we are working on the server in question and hope to have it resolved shortly. Once the server has been repaired, you should be able to access the services with out any issue. It will be resolved within a couple of hours.
Jax: OK. Can we change the security question now? And can we make up a question that's not part of the 5 predetermined questions you have on the site?
Roland Scott: I will suggest you to update it once the issue with the server is resolved.
