There are only 3 ways socialized health care works:

1) A dictatorship where the health care is free, it's just too bad that you have no freedom (Cuba, China)

2) Have an indiginous, small population with an entirely self-contained economy outside of the money tourism bring in (Sweden)

3) Be told you have to do it this way, and it's too bad because no matter how horribly mismanaged it is or unfair to those who can afford better, you have to live with it because it's just the way it is (Canada, rest of Europe)

Now, unless we have a major regime change, we're not having #1 (well, I mean, outside of the current dictatorship), and #2 is impossible, so the only available option is #3. And you know Hillary salivates over the possibility.

Plus there's still the question of why someone DESERVES free health care. Just being born doesn't mean you DESERVE anything.
