Work~Not so hot...
Things are really really bad a work. An email was sent out while I was out sick stating that our call volume has not improved. With the bad economy it has continued to get worse...
Therefore...layoffs will continue along w/reducation in hours. Any agent not keeping up w/productivity (which is IMPOSSIBLE w/o calls!) or making errors requiring payouts should be concerned. Layoffs will be based on seniority, quality, and productivity....
Well, I am only here two years and I am only a 2 system agents. requirement is for 4 systems.
Lets just say I am in jeopardy....my only saving grace is I have good quality and used to have good productivity until the economy started to plummit.
I am not having enough money to pay bills now...if I loose my job I could loose everything I have... this is pretty scary.
On top of that I am VERY sick....have been to the Dr twice and nothing he gives me works...
I am to call him tom. if still not better....well, still not better.
And a new added symptom....extremely dizzy....like I am drunk.
Sitting at work now...waiting for calls to make my 4billed calls an hour requirement...and NO CALLS ARE COMING :O(
