In getting through my very frustrating day, I realized that I was frustrated because someone with whom I work:

• is passive-aggressive and contrary
• cuts corners instead of doing things thoroughly
• thinks his/her way is the best way & that s/he is always right
• gets snippy and passive-aggressive when irritated.
