Thought about making my FB status last night "So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause." but I wasn't sure everyone would know I was joking.
Also, from my local paper:WASHINGTON - Rep. Michele Bachmann said Monday that passage of landmark legislation to overhaul the nation’s health care system increases her resolve to work toward installing a conservative majority in Congress.
Because before, she was just like, "Meh, whatevs."
Also, I finally found a Scrapbook client that works with Vista at fb_jix! THANK THE GOOD LORD. My Comic-Con '09 pics are online at last (just in time for '10 prep time) and my NOLA trip from last month is up, too. Woo!

The last balcony we passed on Tuesday night was throwing stuffed animals, too. Look! We caught crabs on Bourbon Street!!
The bottom left was my "giveaway" pile. I managed to find a home for all of them at work, and for very few nipple sightings, too. Bonus!
I plan to do a full and belated write-up of Mardi Gras/NOLA, hopefully this weekend. It totes wasn't worth it without pictures. Seems likely that CCI won't get the essay treatment, but I'd like to at least add descriptors to the pix.
BTW, DOES EVERYONE KNOW THE DARIA COMPLETE SERIES DVD IS OUT THREE DAYS BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY?! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!!!!
