Music videos?! On MTV? It's the apocalypse, I'm pretty sure. (Kind of!)
I've been watching Michael Jackson videos on MTV (!!!!!) for like, two hours now. They FINALLY got to Thriller. I'm familiar with the popcorn-eating, as it's an often used gif, and God knows I've seen homages to the dance like, fifteen million times. Or, um, four. 13 Going on 30, South Park, Animaniacs, and the prisoners on YouTube are the ones that come to mind right now. Animaniacs would have been the first one I saw, and it didn't make any damn sense to me, heh.
So, anyway. Good vid. I didn't have cable till I moved into my apt in 2003, so I never saw any of this during its heyday. He sure got some famous people in his vids, huh?
