Mo Rocca's write-up of the white-tie Al Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner held last night. It featured stand-up by McCain and Obama. The CNN coverage is YouTubed at the bottom of his post. I watched the routines on The Rachel Maddow Show, and they were hilarious. McCain, remember, hosted SNL in 2002, so he had the edge. Obama, OTOH, kept cracking up at his jokes before he made them. It was like watching Jimmy Fallon run for president.

w/r/t my post subject, I don't watch YouTube at work, except for last night when I showed McCain at the debate talking about women's "health" to a supervisor so the first part of the quote is probably not accurate. This bothers me, and will be remedied as soon as I get home. I take great pride in my subject quotes being faithful recreations!
