I'm Not Dead Yet...
...I was merely at War (which I probably should have mentioned before I left. Oops...)
So I've learned a bit about tooling leather and I got a really cool hat (pictures will be forthcoming...at some point.) We just got back today, though we set out from Estrella Monday afternoon (grr). We had a bit of a sleep-deprivation-related accident on the way back--nothing serious, but Mom's van is going to need a new side mirror and perhaps a new front panel as well. My face is a bit sunburned because I remembered to put sunscreen on my cleavage but not on my face (and yes I do mean cleavage--look up medieval/renaissance-style dresses if you have no idea why.) Not much else to report, I'm afraid.
