I had a coffee date with a guy from match yesterday. His name is John. He is 30. He's a psych RN who lives and works in Brooklyn and also works at a clinic in the east village. We had a lovely chat for like 2 hours. I could have stayed there all day. This is the first time in a long time that I've had a date with someone from a site that I actually feel I would sincerely be disappointed if I didn't hear back from them. I have been bouncing off the wall since them. He worked all day and then we met, so he was tired. And I could just see at one point that he just sort of hit that wall. He walked me back to the subway. He gave me a hug, and he said he wished he could give me a kiss but he felt funny about it in public. I said I was glad he feels that way. (not really one for PDA.) I came home yesterday, dancing (sort of dancing in the subway), and singing "Singing in the Rain", and when I got home, I started signing that on the phone to Scott, and got it stuck in his head. Now I'm still dancing, and singing "I Got Rhythm". I just emailed him. And hopefully I'll get to see him next Sunday. During the week is crazy, and he works in Brooklyn during the week, and Friday adn Saturday I have a conference at TC, so that won't work. Cross your fingers guys. He's SO cute. :-D :-D :-D
