2007 Chinese New Years Spectacular
Last Night Skye and I went out to see the 2007 Chinese New Year Spectacular. We met up at the station at about 4:30 (well that was the plan but of course Skye was late so we had to wait for the 4:45 train). Anyway we got a train to Flinder's Street Station by about 5:20pm. We decided to walk to Southbank for dinner. They had some Wine Festival thing on so we ended up going to the Food Court instead of a resturant since we thought it'd be less crowded. And we were correct. Skye wasn't feeling well so she didn't really eat much. We ended up leaving the food court immediately after finishing our food. We made it to the Regent Theatre with like 20mins to spare but decided not to walk off to find something to do for 20mins. We bought a program and read it while waiting to go inside.
The show was fantastic and so bright in colour. I really loved it... not sure if Skye did. But yeah it was an awesome night out.. not our best but still awesome.
