Full disclosure: I don't go to 3D movies, so I can't speak for the 3D effects. Truth be told, I'm not all that into special effects, either; for me, it is all about the story. So my review of this is basically: "Mega -Eeehhhhh". The script was not so great. I thought the animation was good. A bit odd, though, that the Tina Fey and Jonah Hill characters resembled them, but the Will Ferrell and Brad Pitt ones didn't in the least. David Cross was amusing. Overall, though, I was bored.
