If your father bought him for you, you haven't seen him, you're moving to London and your father has been paying for him, what could you sue for and why not sell him so he can by enjoyed by someone else?
I AM selling him, as my original post states... the reason I could sue is for breach of contract because my dad was supposed to keep him at his house and he moved him without telling me, changed a bunch of things without my knowledge, etc, etc. But we are going to pick him up in the morning so I'll be able to ride my baby for a few more months while I look for a suitable owner.
I totally don't understand since there doesn't seem to be a lot of contract there...just your dad moving what he paid for around. But that does suck since I know you love him.
