Still digesting…
The latest on all of the medical stuff is that I haven’t healed enough on the bottom of my foot for the Doc to be able to let me really walk on it again, so he has basically told me that I will be off my feet until my next visit with him next Monday - so there is no way that I could go to Nebraska. I already knew that (pretty much) and I’m deeply upset about it, but realize that there’s nothing I can do except suck it up and deal with it…and hope to watch Meredith’s performance on streaming video from the rink on Thursday a week plus from now. Susan and Mere will leave on Saturday for Nebraska, and aside of a Games Day trip locally. I’m stuck here.

I’m getting more productive, at least. There’s a ton of built-up household papers / finances to deal with, most especially medical stuff, and I’m working through some of that from my repose. I should be back at ‘work’ in my home office after next Tuesday. Starting to have the presence of mind to read, watch TV and so on, rather than kind of go *blah*.
