The age old complaint…

…of too much to do and too little time to do it in.

Jumping back into work on Wednesday, I found that our phone and internet was intermittently out, and we found and fixed the culprit.  That sort of thing, when you’re working from home, really strangles you, and both Susan and I were doing that today (rare).

Have you guys tried a formal plan like Weight Watchers? They have their points system that's pretty easy to follow and really great food lists to choose the "right" foods from. While exercise is important, it's not possible for everyone and I find and I can lose on WW without doing the workouts. I have some leg issues that make mobility difficult. Whatever you choose, however you get movtivated, good luck. It's a long, bumpy road but you can do it!!
