I really don't know enough about most of them to give them ratings... high school history stopped right before WWII.

LBJ got a lot more accomplished than people seem to be willing to give him credit for. So did Nixon, come to that. JFK didn't actually get much done, but people either absolutely loved or absolutely hated the way he did it.
