How often do you change the backgrounds on your computers, and what sort of stuff do you usally have there?

That's Comet Hale-Bopp at the upper right, the Pleiades at the upper left, and the moon center left (it's actually a thin waxing cresecent setting in the west, but it's horribly overexposed--I left the shutter open for something like 15-30 seconds). The big dish is the University of Michigan's 85-foot radio telescope at Peach Mountain, near Dexter, Michigan, northwest of Ann Arbor. Working back from charts I found online, I believe the photo was taken on April 9, 1997.
