Well at least at driving. Well not really PERFECT but I guess I was pretty good for never driving before. My turns need some work, but otherwise i'm pretty decent. My driving instructor guy (Brian or whatever) let me drive out to my farm (and my old one). I got a little lost because I stupidly took a wrong turn back, because I thought I knew that way even though i've only gone on it a couple of times but the scenery is a lot better. Anyway, apparently he's training to become a cop. I told him I didn't like country music (big mistake), so he tried to torture me by playing it while I was driving. Tomorrow i'm bringing my iTrip in his car so that I can make him listen to Christmas music. That will be pretty uh...interesting. We talked about drugs and stuff. He said "nigger" in the car. Hahahah..that was fucking hilarious. He's a cool guy.
Anyway, I rode my friend's horse Baby Beluga today. He's humongous. If you want a good visual of his enormity, here's some good imagery: his hooves are the size of dinner plates. no joke. Anyway, I worked with him a little bit. I'm working with getting him to come on the bit a little. He actually tried, I was proud of him. Working with such a massive horse is a little intimidating, but it should be a good experience exercising and somewhat training him.
The farm got two new horses. A pretty cute bay, and a BEAUTIFUL new black quarter horse. Yeah, i'm buying that one. Well, hopefully. He's so adorable. Actually, I don't even know if it's a guy. I didn't check or anything, but I think it is. I don't think he gets many mares at the farm. Anyway, hopefully i'll ride him a few times and if he's good i'll bring my parents out and they'll look at him. Not like they know much about horses, anyway. Most of the kids at the farms i'm at...well...their parents actually get somewhat INVOLVED in the horseback riding stuff, and they actually like it. I have a hard time getting my parents to stay and watch my lesson. That sucks sometimes, but my mom likes horses I guess. My sister is scared, and I don't think my dad gives a shit.
I know none of you really know what i'm talking about, but at least the whole entry isn't about horses. What else is there for me to talk about rofl
