Fire Trucks
Coming back from getting groceries Sunday night, I saw a shitton of flashing lights and 2 firetrucks turning into my apartment complex’s parking lot. I decided to continue driving past while I called my roommate to see what the hell was going on. I could see 4 fire trucks, 4 ambulances, and a few other cars with flashing lights. She had no idea and said a fire alarm hadn’t gone off. Since the building wasn’t being evacuated, I drove back. According to a group of people hanging out in the lobby, there had been a fire on the 3rd floor, and it was taken care of. My roommate said the fire alarm went off for a little bit a few minutes after I called, but that would have been well after all the emergency vehicles showed up. I’m seriously wondering how reliable our building’s fire alarm is.
