i'm back

alright.. lemme do this on a day to day basis.
Day 1...(short-hand),
had to get up early and go to orthodontist first and then drive 5 + hours. that encompasses most of the day but doesn't mean nothing else happened. as is such my family's curse in life to ALWAYS have something happen we did. 1st Mishap - left passport pictures at home so we had to find some Wal-Mart real quick-like. 2nd Mishap - got to hotel, went to given room and OOPS! someone else is in. BY THE WAY, its on the 4th floor and i'm carrying all the luggage. so i go downstairs to get the RIGHT room which is of course... down the hall on the same stupid floor. did i mention i carried the luggage with me both ways. after all this we ate dinner at pezzolis, some italian place, and wal-mart. thus did that day end.
Day 2,
went to orientation at 7 in the way to early morning. at this point it was horribly over-rated and old. go in, check in, get some passes/random crap and move to the next area where you repeat until you're done. at some point i got my picture taken, thus nullifying the need of a passport picture. Wal-mart trip wasted twice. got my picture taken again at some other point for the yearbook as well. redundancy at its finest people. later on we meet group leaders after some random assembly thing i wasn't paying to much attention to. this part was fun, we basically followed our respective leaders and got to know one another, ate, and played games. all fun until we were forced into watching some retarded abuse crap. drug, alcohol, and rape. blah blah blah. immediately after said crap i had 2 hours of free time. i took a pseudo-nap. after my 2 hours i went back, had dinner in some buffet thingy with mi mater and set up camp in the dorm. i had to go do some activity again so i broke off here.
Day 2 Redux: Rest of the Day,
simplified version is it was much much better.in essence it came down to school pride and enjoying life at camp. I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE with this school. the pride is flowing baby. OH YEAH! there were some Napolean Dynamite skits. That Be All.
Also Day 2,
my roommate was a complete geek type guy. think alaina floyd without being in the top 10. he makes us all look like street bums. be afraid. BE VERY AFRAID.
Day 3: yesterday,
the highlight of the day was the registering of classes. HIGH POINT is i got all the classes i need to get into my major. other POINT i have a lot of time between classes so no rushing. sweetnasty. oh and i got more money from FAFSA for making an appeal. not much but more is always more.
Day 4: some point today,
uneventful drive. lots of rain. the best point besides getting home was the pruchase of my laptop. its sexiness incarnate. makes you go EEEEEH!
