Web Hut Back Online
At long long last I finally have the web hut back up and running. Even though it hasn't been updated since early 2007, well, at least it's up. Hopefully I'll be able to update it via FTP once I'm down at the antarctic.
On that front, well, the day of my departure is drawing ever nearer. I'm starting to freak out juuuust a bit. The farthest I've ever gone alone was to Vienna, Austria. This, well, it's the bottom of the world now innut? I'm going in with a good attitude. I *will* make friends and have a good time. I *will* grow an amazing amount of plants. I *will* travel there and back again, literally, and not freak out too much about all the stuff I leave behind at home.
Now I just have to make myself believe all that and just keep that little hole in the pit of my stomach from gnawing at me. Fear and doubt I cast thee off! At least until there's another sleepless night to be had. Oh well, back to packing. Several more important things to do before bed...
All this past week I've been trying to meet up with friends and whomever I could just to get one last hang out in. One last touch before I go yet again. Sheesh, why am I always leaving and never really staying? Some days I really just sit back and wonder if I'm really just that restless or if it's all just something else. Oh well.
