Is "High Delivery" Art?

If you haven't played Ferry Halim's game, "High Delivery" yet, you should go do it. I mean you, and everyone. Play all the way to the end - it'll take less than ten minutes and it's well worthwhile. [It requires Flash, but I think it's worth playing anyway. This is the same guy who did Winterbells.]

If you can't figure out what you're supposed to do, use your little pinwheel to blow air on the balloon so it moves around. When the bottle touches a flower, it will 'catch' it. Catch all the flowers you can.

So, now I'm wondering: is it art? Raph Koster thinks it is, and I think his reasons are good. But I'd like to hear your thoughts before you go read his thoughts. Then if you want to tell me what you think about what he had to say, I'd like to hear that too.

For my nickle, I think it is art, of a mild, everyday sort. The kind of unselfconscious art of a quilt, rather than pretentious abstract painting. And I think that the themes of melancholy and loss are, well, beautiful. And strangely, it makes me happy to play.

But what do you think?
