Yesterday and the Doctor

Hello my beloved, as well as greetings and salutations to you my sweet.

I haven’t had much time this week to sit down to do really anything. My research is in the first stage (I am going to see if the library is open tomorrow) my doctor’s appointment ironically enough was expendable and slightly a waist of time. My one doctor is closing his practice so he told me to go to my FP (family practitioner), which wasn’t so bad because I had to go there anyway. So I went and I didn’t mind that my doctor was on vacation so much, because hay even doctors deserve a break every now and again. She checked me out as I explained my situation and she asked all these questions that really led nowhere, and so I changed the subject to me rib pain. After asking me to lift my shirt, feeling around, and checking my blood pressure (yah I didn’t get that one either) she told me that I must have pulled something. So then she brought up that whole flu shot thing and I promptly told her that I didn’t need one. It is widely known that I have a very strong immune system, but she insisted and I told her “no”. But then I asked her something I had been pondering for a couple of years “is it possible for a person with a strong immune system to carry the flu but not catch it?” I was thinking in terms of like a rat. I was informed that it was and so I figured to protect my loved ones I should get it. The funny thing is that my Chinese symbol is the rat.

So I am all better my meds are coming tonight, my withdrawal is almost over and my pain is all gone. The bad thing is that, that day of traveling could have been put to use better, at least I think so anyway.

Amanda I am so happy for you and I wish you nothing but the best.

My love as for you well you already have the best, LOL, just kidding! That trip really does sound tiring; I hope to hear all about it later. Oh and one last thing before I go I got an email back from your sister and lets just say, SCORE!

Bye now
