Funny things are happening.
I've now acquired a few seconds to ask myself "am I doing the right thing?" before I do something.
Whether or not I follow through with the right thing is a different story.
But the point is, that this thought process is there, and never has been before.
Also..I now buy, sleep in, and recommend Costco underwear.
However you view this is up to you. All I know is that I sleep better, thanks to many different areas of my life.
