Planner Journal Templates are Done!

Mar 13, 2011 10:58

So, I posted a bit ago with some updated pages from my personal planner journal project (templates) and I have finally finished all of them. : ) Even though some had been posted here before, I'm re-posting all. Hope it inspires.

Calendar: I hand cut and decorated each square with markered in barbed wire. The background is a montage of clockwork gears I slapped together in Photoscape. Each square hand lettered in marker. I really suck at straight lines though...as you can see.

The daily plan pages to accompany the monthly calendar. The top images are ink stamp that I colored in with pencil. The borders were done with glitter paint and the bottom image is also ink stamp in silver. I designed the tables in MS Word.

The To-Do List. Tables designed in MS Word, exacto'd and pasted over a background done with ink stamp. The border around the table is in marker.

Personal Projects...my least favorite page when all is said and done. The black paper background was too much for the scanner and it ended up cropping it. The template does have an all black, evenly done border. I swear. But I'm using it anyway. It's just for me, so...

Anyway, Man Ray image on white and black, tables done by me in MS Word.

I have way too much stuff to do around here to keep track of. >:( So, this was done with a watercolor border, hand lettered and watercolor fill. Borders are marker and the photo at the bottom was taken by me last year, in downtown Boston (I live in Boston, if that's anything).

Personal Goals. I exacto'd the image off of a postcard, did the tables in MS Word with no grid, and drew the wire in marker. The titles are hard to read in the scan, but they say "Goal", "Activity" - and the second page (not pictured here as it's text/table with no embellishment) includes "Progress" and "Accountability".

Finally, menu planner. I work one full and two part-time jobs, and my husband works full-time plus as well. So, in order to figure out what I need (I accidentally overstocked eggs the other day because I didn't look. Grrr.), and what I need to de-frost, I figured this would be a must. We have a toddler, so all the help I can give myself...blah, blah, blah. Anyway, the border is done in watercolor. The images were exacto'd off of a postcard - they're Eastern European Neon Signs, according to the photographer. The tables were a template off of vertex42.com.

Hope you enjoyed! If you do want to take any of the pages for your own use, please leave a comment here so I know. : ) Thanks! x-posted to embodiment.
