Question about Moleskine covers!

I have me some Moleskines. I don't know which is which. So I wanna paint 'em! I am thinking I will probably do a sort of stencil thing. SO: what kinda paints do you use on a Moleskine cover?
Also if you have a decorated Moleskine cover... showww meeeee. Then it's not text-only anymore, see?
