A nice way to start the morning

Apr 03, 2007 11:02

This morning, while getting ready to go into work, I received the following e-mail from the prof I TAed for last semester and did a guest lecture for this semester.

While the students were laboring on the SELinux lab, they were discussing the Senior Project Class and the relatively unexciting guest lectures. At that point I piped up that I had guest lectured in that class in the past and gave a very exciting lecture :-).

At that point, the students back peddled and said that most of the guest lectures in cyber security were at least sort of interesting. A couple of the students piped up and said that JP's lecture was particularly interesting. So I wanted to pass that on. Your lecture evidently stood out.

I feel special.
