Work's Kicking My Ass
My easy job? It isn't so easy anymore! They are really keeping me on my toes, which is good, but wipes me out! There is actually an opening in one department that I am interested in, but I am not sure how it will pan out, so I don't want to jinx my chances!!!
On Saturday, we celebrated JP's birthday at Plymouth. He got way too wasted for his own good, but it was a great night! I got to see a few friends that I have been too busy for. Makes me want to rearrange my life priorities. I can't continue to let life take a back seat to work. I need to write some more. Music has been in my head for months now and I never have the time to sit and jot down the notes. It is frustrating!
I haven't heard from Carmen lately. That's a downer. I also suspect Lindsey might be upset with me. I need to write to her at some point this afternoon. She brightens up my day immennsely and I hate to see her bummed out.
I need more coffee this morning. I just can't wake up!
