Gen Chem I: B. That's the Chem for science majors. I hear I should be proud and that lots of people fail the first go-round on the Chem wagon, but honestly, I'm one measly percentage point away from the B+ and I feel like I deserve the better grade.
C++/Unix: C. I suppose it's fair, given the fact that I put off coding anything until absolutely necessary. In my defense, independently learning two new compilers at the beginning of the semester added an interesting learning curve to the class. He doesn't do half-letter grades either, so no C+. Phooey.
Physics Final: 78%. I have no idea how I pulled that off. Walking out, I'd've sworn it was a 30% or worse. Solenoids, gah. Now, all I have to do is write lab reports in order to get rid of the "I".
Calculus II: No lower than a 76%, and that's if I get zero points on the final. If I get a 75% on the final, it's a "B"; an 85% and it's an "A". I have a complicated graph on my calculator showing all the possible grades I could get on my final.
In all, given the fact that before this semester I hadn't really done any math since Fall 2006 and any (real) science since 2004-2005, I'm okay with the grades I project I'll get. I'm not thrilled, but if it's overall passing? Then I'll be okay. I'm transferring anyway.
