In a question of overwhelming importance to the very fabric of our Republic, a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals panel this morning ruled 3-0 that there is no evidence that Nevada's law requiring 'None of the Above' to be a ballot choice is unconstitutional.
Unsurprisingly, it was Republicans who brought this Very Important lawsuit to begin with, because their concern about frivolous lawsuits is moe than trumped by their concern that someone, somewhere in Nevada, might vote for 'None of the Above' instead of Mitt Romney.
