then I will stay away from politics. I do say that abu-girab was a disaster and it was wrong what they did and I hope they have a great time in leavenworth. That is just a symptoms of some of the ill conceived notions about taticts and use of military members. The use of National Guard should not be utilized in that fashion because the people are just civilian minded people with no loyalty to the military as a whole. Now I know of the people currently stationed at gitmo and girab and they are good professional people... Perhaps a little too late but they are there now doing what they are trained to do.

I will say that I did not agree at first with the invasion of Iraq until General Powell got on board. If he had not got on board, then nobody on the right would have bought into it including my folks back in bamma. Now we are comitted to the mission and as a veteran I have no choice but to back the guys 100 percent. They were there for me when I was there in 91 so I am there for them.

Yes I was in a high school band. We were about 250 strong and we were pretty good. I wasn't that good but I was able to keep up.

I guess I am middle of the road on a lot of things. I don't like abortion but I am not for making it illegal either. That is just one of many I am middle of the road on.
