well first time ive been here ill see what happens
today i was home sick..... and ummm i had a panic attack, over the same thing i had last night just stupid things i think up in my head and it grows bigger and bigger untill i get convinceed it will happen
but someone told me somthing today that made me tons better which is good
i told them that i felt like a girl because i get so workeedd up and they told me that i shouldnt worry that they know lots of people that have panic attacks and that im nothing like a girl
