Saturday, June 17 was a no breakfast day, boat ride on the new boat, watermelon for lunch, cocktails and snacks on the boat at evening, and steak, baked potato with real butter, caesar salad and red wine for dinner. I ate whatever I wanted.

Sunday, June 18 started with a 3-egg, home fries, bacon, toast and OJ breakfast. Lunch was a deep fried cod sandwich with mayo and a fake beer. Dinner was creamed chipped beef on a baked potato with lots of butter. I don't even want to think about it!

Monday, June 19 is sort of back on track.

Lunch
Blew it! Ham and turkey sandwich with mayo, baked Lays -- probably at least 12 pts, which leaves 7 for tonite -- 8 if I treadmill, which I will.

Dinner
Vodka 2 pts.
Veg. soup 1 pt. or less
Bread and butter 3 pts.
Wine 2 pts.
Treadmill -1 pt.

Right on target.
